As one of the early team members who joined Reece Witherspoon in launching Draper James, I played a pivotal role in its evolution from a pre-revenue startup to a globally recognized lifestyle brand. Throughout my tenure, I contributed to the brand’s success across multiple roles, expanding my expertise beyond RTW into homewares, textiles, packaging, and hardware design.

  • Design development across RTW categories, including denim, swimwear, footwear, and accessories, while assisting in the management of multiple product lines (mainline, plus-size, and wholesale).

  • Managed surface design projects such as prints, embroideries, embellishments, and seasonal color palettes.

  • Acted as a liaison across interdepartmental teams, managing BOMs, tech pack creation, CADs, foundational documentation, and color development. Helped implement PLM software to streamline workflows and enhance remote collaboration.

  • Led rebranding efforts for trims, hardware, labels, and brand logos. Developed branded trims, packaging, and in-store design elements, shaping the brand’s signature aesthetic.
